Edward M. Frazer
Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Edward has had a long career in sales and marketing in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. From 1987 Edward joined Bear Stearns & Company in Boston becoming a Vice President before moving to Bear Stearns Global Investors as a Senior Vice President, dealing with major corporate finance and real estate products for clients in Europe and the Middle East.
In 1991 Edward was a founding member and Managing Director of MeesPierson Investment Finance (UK) Limited in London, a wholly owned merchant bank of ABN-AMRO, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of the UK bank. Edward was primarily responsible for originating, structuring and placing over US$2 billion of private equity and fixed income and credit derivatives products for clients.
Edward has a BA from Boston College and is a member of the FSA.
