Jean-Benoit Terrasse
Managing Director - Charcot Capital (UK) LLP, Appointed Representative of Trinity Group
Jean-Benoit has 15 years experience in investment banking advising on public and private transactions including disposals, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, LBOs, takeovers and privatisations. He has advised clients both in Western Europe, the United States and in various emerging markets (South America, Eastern Europe and Central Asia).
In 2009, Jean-Benoit joined London-based Charcot Capital to focus on his longstanding corporate finance clients.
Prior to Charcot Capital Jean-Benoit had been part of the founding team of Sindicatum Ltd, a privately owned investment banking firm based in London which has since grown to over 100 employees in alternative asset management and in greenhouse gases abatement and clean energy investment with the backing of Citigroup, AIG, Black River and a Middle Eastern Sovereign Investment Fund. Prior to that Jean-Benoit had been a Vice President at JPMorgan, and an associate at Baring Brothers International.
Jean-Benoit is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris and is an FSA Approved Person
