Paul L. Palandjian
Special Advisor
In 2006, Paul founded Somerset Equity Advisors, LLC, a U.S. based investment management, consulting and advisory firm forming a partnership with Trinity to service a combined client roster and develop new business opportunities.
Previously Paul spent 15 years as a Principal and Director of the Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and affiliated companies. He held positions as the CFO and President of the company and served on both the Executive and Investment Committees. During his tenure the company portfolio grew from approximately $200 million to over $1.4 billion across all property types.
Paul serves on the Board of Trustees at the Belmont Hill School, the Board of Directors for The Denis Leary Firefighters Foundation and the Board of Overseers for the Mount Auburn Hospital and the new Institute for Contemporary Art - Boston (ICA) He works on behalf of Harvard University as an undergraduate admissions interviewer and has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School.
Paul has a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
