Paul Palandjian
Managing Director
In 2006, Paul founded Somerset Equity Advisors, LLC, a U.S. based investment management, consulting and advisory firm forming a partnership with Trinity to service a combined client roster and develop new business opportunities.
Previously Paul spent 15 years as a Principal and Director of the Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and affiliated companies. He held positions as the CFO and President of the company and served on both the Executive and Investment Committees. During his tenure the company portfolio grew from approximately $200 million to over $1.4 billion across all property types.
Paul has been an active member on a number of corporate, healthcare, and not-for-profit boards. He serves on the Board of Trustees at the Belmont Hill School, The Board of Directors for the United States Tennis Association Foundation (USTA Serves) and the Board of Directors for the Denis Leary Firefighter Foundation. He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mount Auburn Hospital (a Harvard teaching hospital) and on the Board of the new Institute for Contemporary Art - Boston (ICA) holding a position as a member of the museum’s Exhibitions Committee. Paul has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School.
Paul was a former Harvard Captain and world-ranked tennis player on the ATP Tour. He graduated from the Belmont Hill School and earned his BA from Harvard College and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
