Edward Frazer
Founder, Chairman and CEO​
Edward founded Trinity in 1996 and has led the firm’s development into a leading boutique specialising in private equity origination and distribution across Europe and the Middle East. He brings over four decades' experience in sales, marketing, and corporate finance, with a particular focus on the alternative investment sector.

Before establishing Trinity, Edward was a founding member and Managing Director of MeesPierson Investment Finance (UK) Limited in London, a wholly owned merchant bank of ABN-AMRO, where he also served on the Board of Directors. During his tenure there, he originated, structured, and placed over US$2 billion of private equity, fixed income, and credit derivative products for clients.

Earlier in his career, Edward held senior positions at Bear Stearns & Company in Boston, becoming a Vice President, and later at Bear Stearns Global Investors as Senior Vice President, focusing on corporate finance and real-estate products for clients in Europe and the Middle East.

Edward holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods from Boston College and is an FCA Approved Person.
