Secondary Advisory

Trinity acts as a secondaries intermediary in certain situations. For example, where an investor in our network may be looking to sell individual positions or portfolios of investments in alternative investment funds or vehicles.

Secondary positions for sale may be direct investments or fund investments in private equity, venture capital, private credit/debt, infrastructure or real estate assets.

These positions might result from portfolio re-balancing by geography or sector, a shifting investment strategy, reducing a manager roster, team changes, cash flow concerns, regulatory pressures, or the liquidation of a company.

Given our long standing investor relationships in the Middle East, these positions and portfolios are often completely off-market opportunities and transact quickly with utmost discretion and anonymity.
