Analyst and Administrator Real Estate

Gagik joined Trinity in 2008 and oversees all related research and analysis for the real estate advisory team. In addition, he manages all administrative matters in support of Paul Palandjian and Julian Edwards.

 

Prior to joining Trinity, Gagik was an Analyst from 2000-2008 at Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation where he performed market research and financial analysis on potential real estate acquisitions for the firm. Gagik is ARGUS Software Certified.

 

Before his work as a real estate professional Gagik held several positions in the Middle East as an office manager and in administrative support. In particular, he was instrumental in opening the Dubai office for BE Aerospace in Jebel Ali, UAE where he acted as the Administrative Manager from 1994-1998.

 

Gagik holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Boston University and serves on the Executive Committee for the Armenian Cultural and Education Center in Watertown, MA.
