Paul advises on Trinity’s real estate advisory practice and is also CEO and Co-General Partner of O’Leary Ventures. He has over 30 years' experience as a fiduciary, asset manager, and investor across a broad range of asset classes for institutional and family-office clients.
 

Previously, Paul spent 15 years as a Principal and Director of Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, a US-based investment advisor specialising in real-estate investment, development, and asset management. He served as CFO and President and sat on both the Executive and Investment Committees, helping expand the firm’s portfolio from approximately US$200 million to over US$1.4 billion.
