Paul Palandjian

Senior Advsior Real Estate

Paul oversees Trinity’s Real Estate Advisory practice and is a licensed real estate salesperson and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

 

Prior to joining Trinity, Paul spent 15 years as a Principal and Director of the Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and affiliated companies (“Intercontinental”). Intercontinental is a US real estate investment advisor with expertise in real estate investment, development, construction management, and asset management. He held positions as the CFO and President and served on both the Executive and Investment Committees; under his leadership and tenure the company’s portfolio grew from approximately US$200 million to over US$1.4 billion across all property types.

 

Paul’s work as a real estate professional has led to many honors and distinctions including: The Boston Business Journal “40 under 40” in recognition as the best real estate professional under 40 years of age (2005). Perhaps most notably, Intercontinental received The National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) Developer of the Year Award, NEC (2005) following the successful development of several buildings including the award winning luxury NINE ZERO Hotel in Boston.

Paul graduated from the Belmont Hill School as a Scholastic All American in tennis and went on to captain the Harvard Men’s Varsity Tennis Team and become a world-ranked tennis player on the ATP Tour. Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Harvard College and his Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. Paul has served as a trustee on many corporate and charitable boards.

Paul holds the FCA CF Client Dealing function.
